Exchanges are as easy as returns. Just call us and we’ll be happy to arrange the exchange provided the item was purchased within 30 days and hasn't been worn or used.

Our Two-year Free Repair Policy covers circumstances where your jewelry breaks without force being applied to it, or a stone has fallen out. We will repair the piece free of charge. Please email email@example.com and we will get you all fixed up!
While we love helping you keep your jewels in tip-top shape, just a reminder that our repair policy does not cover the “whoops” moments. For instance, if your pet (or husband) accidentally pulls your jewel and something breaks or you snag it while working out and accidentally break the piece, these accidents are not covered under our free repair policy.
If you did have one of those “whoops, I just broke my favorite piece” moments, contact our team and we’d be happy to repair it for a small fee once you let us know what happened. Don't worry, jewelry is made for joy and not for worry. Let us sort it out.
